The dismantling of the event is scheduled to be completed on Friday 17th July by which time all spaces are expected to be clean and returned to the best possible standards.

Whilst most pathways in the park will remain open between the dates of the build and break ie Wednesday 17th  June – Friday 17th July, some restrictions will unfortunately be in place. The orange area below shows the restricted areas, with New Walk (indicated) remaining open where possible.

Traffic Management

To support safe event access, and minimise the impact to the local community, various traffic management measures, including road closures, temporary traffic signals and parking suspensions, will be in place on event days between 11:00 and 01:00.

There are likely to be delays during peak times of visitor arrivals and departures. Full details can be found on the community page of the festival website via the link below.

Vehicle Passes

To support resident’s access, vehicle passes will be provided for those living within the immediate event area. Vehicle passes are flexible, and can be passed between vehicles – they are not vehicle specific. Residents can apply for two permits per household dependent on their address and are issued and managed by Leeds City Council. Information can be found at and applied for via the community page of the festival website via the link below.
