Saturday mornings 9.00am A 5K run within the park. Runners are timed but only against themselves
Junior parkrun
Sunday morning 9.00am A 2K run completely within the park. Although participants are timed this is mainly a fun run

Grass Track cycle racing in the Arena. Every Monday evening at 6.30pm from mid May to Mid August.
